The antibodies are mouse monoclonal and are provided as 200 ul of a 50% ascites fluid in glycerol with azide as preservative. Available antibodies are listed below along with pertinent information such as IgG class, approximate binding site, and suggested working dilutions. Suitability for a specific application should be determined by the investigator.

Purified antibodies are also available upon request. Please contact Tim Jensen to request purified antibodies before placing your order to confirm availability. Specify desired form (ascites or purified antibody) at time of ordering. Purified antibodies are supplied as 50 ug antibody in 100 ul TBS\glycerol solution.

For those interested in phosphorylation sensitive antibodies as described in Hegedus et al. (2009) (ref #12). The antibodies are identified by their respective serine sites in the paper and correspond to antibodies 217,432,450, and 570 below. Westerns can be found in the Western blot section.

Two new antibodies have been added to the inventory, 1D9 (which recognizes the N terminus) and 5E2 (which recognizes the C-terminal portion of NBD2). Both of these new antibodies also recognize mouse CFTR!
